Table, Wall, Pedestal and Plastic Vent lair

Terms & Conditions:
Our fans are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a period of One Year from the date of purchase.
The defective fan will be repaired within guarantee period free of cost provided it is sent (freight paid), securely packed to our nearest authorized dealer/service center along with the purchase bill and guarantee card duly filled in and stamped by the selling dealer. Charging company’s list price will change Damaged/broken or worn-out parts.
The guarantee is valid subject to the following:
• the fan is installed and maintained properly and the damage is not due to negligence, mishandling, toppling or falling off of the fan, distorted/damaged blades, accident, attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.
• The fan is purchased from authorized dealers/retailers only.
• The serial number of the fan is not missing, deleted, defaced or altered.
The guarantee shall not apply:
(a) For the damage to motor winding due to usage of power supply through invertors.
(b) For the damage to the oscillation mechanism resulting from manual or forced change in the direction of the fan motor* Ceiling, Metallic

The defective fan will be repaired within guarantee period free of cost provided it is sent (freight paid), securely packed to our nearest authorized dealer/service center along with the purchase bill and guarantee card duly filled in and stamped by the selling dealer. Charging company’s list price will change Damaged/broken or worn-out parts.

Breezer Inds Ltd. shall, however, be liable upto the maximum of the price charged for the fan and shall have no responsibility for any indirect or consequential damage.


CAUTION:
Use of stepless electronic regulator is likely to cause humming noise and damage to the fan and components. Customer is advised not to use stepless electronic regulator.
